The doors open for the VIP pre-reception at 7:00 pm and then doors open for the main event at 8:00 pm. We will have a short program that will begin at 9:15 pm. Regal Ballroom is located at 5411 Oxford Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19124. 

There will be valet parking provided when you pull up to the venue and

coat check is available once you step inside.

Every guest must be individually registered prior to arriving at the venue. A paper ticket from Ticketleap is not necessary. Just provide your first and last name to our registration assistants and you will be ready to enter the fun. Attire: The attire for the evening is formal.

Raffle: Once again we will be raffling off various items including autographed items from the Eagles, a Tito’s gift set and Personal Training Sessions. All guests will receive a complimentary raffle ticket once they arrive and then additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
