COVID-19 Safety Precautions and Instructions

This event will follow CDC Guidelines as they exist on October 9, 2021. We are requesting that all attendees wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. Out of concern for our recipients and their families, we request that you not attend this event if you have symptoms, have been exposed, or received a positive test result. If you are unable to attend the Wine Mixer because of a positive test result and would like a refund, please email info@thekeithdawsonfoundation.com

Please bring your vaccination card or proof of a negative test result received within 72 hours of the event. Thank you!
